CONSUMER GENERAL FAQ
What is architectural wrap?
Architectural Wrap is a self-adhesive vinyl that is designed to cover any surface or substrate wither it is flat or 3D. It comes in hundreds of finishes and colours however we only supply the most durable, premium, high quality Architectural Vinyl Wrap.
Where can architectural wrap be used?
Architectural Wrap can be used to cover most non-porous and porous surfaces. It is suitable for high traffic areas but if you are ever unsure your installer or one of our Wrap Co. Hero’s will be on hand to offer support and advice.
Can architectural wrap be used in areas that have contact with water?
Yes, the material is waterproof, your installer will be able to seal the vinyl to ensure a water-tight finish using product suitability guidelines and using recommended application methods in most cases. This is not always advised, and if you have any questions you can get in touch with our Wrap Co. Heros.
Can architectural wrap be used in areas required to be food safe (sanitary)?
Our wraps are all certified for the highest food grade and in fact are often used in hotels, trains and hospitals as they are so easy to clean.
What are the savings involved in using architectural wrap?

Can I buy from your website and use architectural wrap myself?
Architectural Wrap should always be applied by a skilled tradesman, which is why at Wrap Co. we are a trade only supplier. This will ensure that our products are installed for you at the highest standard, and fitted to last. If you need help finding a trade person in your area, please contact your local depot using our find your installer page, where we can help point you in the right direction.

Can I visit your showroom?
Absolutely! We welcome both consumer and trade to our Showrooms where we can support you and your trades person with your project. You can book an appointment to come to our showroom here or view our drop-in appointments here.

How durable is the product?
We only sell the best quality products. If you are unsure of the suitability of the product for your project – check out our Wrap Co. Advice for each products suitability. If you are still unsure, feel free to get in touch with our Wrap Co. Hero’s who are experts in everything Architectural Wrap.
How do I care for the product?
Simply wipe down any spillages using a microfibre cloth with warm soapy water. Most cleaning products are suitable however we advise when using new cleaning products that you test them before using it all over your product.
Can it be used on commercial transport?
Many of our products are able to be used in the following sectors due to their exceptionally high standard. Please refer to individual data sheets for specific information.
Can it be used on cruise liners?
The marine sector has very high fire and smoke regulation and requires IMO and wheel of approval certification of which Architectural Wrap Products have been awarded both. Please refer to product data sheets for specification reference.
What if it gets damaged?
In most cases Architectural Wrap can be repaired locally to the damaged area, with a simple repair techniques and if the instructions are followed correctly will produce an almost invisible repair.

How much does it cost?
Once you are set up as a trade customer you will be sent your individual pricing per product.
How do I become a trade customer?
You can fill out our trade application here and we will get back to you ASAP to open your account.
How do I become part of your installer network?
Once you are a trade customer and have completed a short questionnaire, we will add your to our installer network. We do this to protect other trade customers and ensure anyone on our network has the minimum understanding of appropriate application techniques.
Do you offer training?
We do offer training for several different levels – you can see them all here. This will show up on our Installer Network.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
All our Architectural Wraps come with standard manufacturer guarantee.
What temperature should I wrap in?
It is always best to wrap indoors at room temperature (20°C) or above. The warmer it is, the easier it is. If you cannot get access to a garage or anywhere indoors make sure it is a warm day with no wind for best results.
