All orders are processed within 2-3 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been accepted and shipped or is available for click and collect.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order’s over £200 are free of charge.
For order’s under £200 we offer:
- £9.95 flat rate shipping to mainland UK.
- Pre - 12 Deliveries are offered at a flat rate of £15.75
- Pre - 10.30 Deliveries are offered at £22.75
- Saturday Deliveries are offered at £21.75
- Saturday Pre – 10.30 are offered at £35.75
- TNT Offshore (approx. 2 days) are offered at £29.95
- Northern Ireland (approx. 2 days) are offered at £27.95
You can skip the shipping fees with free click and collect at our Wrap Co Trade counter at Unit D, Dundyvan Enterprise Park, Dundyvan Rd, Coatbridge ML5 4AQ. After placing your order and selecting click and collect at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 hours unless notified otherwise. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on collection.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8.30-5 (excluding weekends and holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept return unless goods and damaged and faulty.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
